Welcome To Our Property! We Kindly Ask You To Follow These Rules During Your Stay So We Can Continue To Provide High Quality Service For Our Guests.
No Smoking
Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the house under any circumstances. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be fined the cost of removing the smell of smoke which can be quite costly. If you need to smoke, please do so outside the property and dispose of cigarette butts appropriately in trash receptacles.
No Extra Occupants
If you bring more people than reflected on your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund. All persons must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed but do count towards number of guests regardless of age).
No Excessive Noise
Quiet time is after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors and ensure noise levels are not excessive particularly in the evening hours. It is important that you enjoy your stay but also be mindful of our neighbors
No Parties Or Gatherings
This property is not available for parties or social gatherings. It is fully at your disposal and we wish you a relaxing and enjoyable stay, however we kindly ask that you do not host parties or gatherings here.
No Pets
Pets are not allowed into the premises under any circumstances. This was made clear on the booking page and Rental Agreement and we must insist you abide by this rule. If you bring a pet of any kind you will be asked to leave without a refund and charged an extra cleaning fee.
Respect The Furnishings
Whats ours is yours for the duration of your stay, we kindly request you treat the furniture as you would with your own home and help us maintain our home to a high standard for all our guests. Do not leave wet clothes on the furniture or tv and please turn off appliances and AC when leaving.
Do Not Remove Towels
Please do not remove any towels or linens from the property for use outside the home for activities such as swimming or exercising.
